Me too. I always thought I'd just go white for fogs, but since coming on here I've seen a lot more people prefer yellow. I still think for black, white is a safe route.
Yes it was resprayed, clearly by an idiot! if you bought yours used I bet it was also sprayed.

Btw my plates are the donation plates... the regular ones are even uglier!

I'll prob go white on fogs.
