In other news, America has a new Formula 1 team set to debut in 2015. Let's hope it'll turn out better than the famously failed US F1 team. In reality, this new Haas F1 team will be total shit, but the current backmarkers of the grid are going to be so happy they are not last, even though they now have to fight with more people to be the best of the worst.

In unrelated Honda news, Honda is returning to Le Mans racing.
Will use the same J35 twin turbo engine as the TLX RealTime Racing race car.
With Honda getting back into top tier motor racing with F1 and now Le Mans........ I fear they will still not make race cars for us

If you are referring to their F1 endeavors, then yes they are only providing the engine again in this return.
As a race team, they did okay in the beginning, sucked in the middle and slowly died at the end, BUT people always forget that towards the end, they made a decent competitor (that their 'B' team took full advantage of), and their final car actually won the driver's and constructor's championship... a year later under a different name. So sad because they did all the work for that car, but got none of the rewards.
