My dealer offers the loaner pretty much every time i go for service until they realize I'm not 21. But i'm wondering if that's just a policy with my dealer, or is it an Acura policy?

Once I got a loaner Mercedes c300 from mb dealer when I took my dad's ml to get an oil change, the service advisor didn't even look at my drivers license to make sure the name matched. Got pulled over like 20 mins after I left the dealer and the cop let me off with a warning, he saw the loaner agreement and looked all confused. Was pulled over for reckless driving.

All nighter was to study for my Anat and physio exam, and working on business presentation/plans for my chief.
oh and in regards to loaners, it is a company standard to provide a loaner, not really a "law" but its supposed to be done. General Managers set their own rules in regard to the dealership most likely. insurance charges them more to allow under 21, 23, and 25 drive, depending on state i assume. my dealership in jersey has given me loaners since i was 18, but they have a special group of cars(3rd gen TL's, ILX) pretty much cars that have a few years or something like that. most dealerships require you to be 21 or 23 so that their insurance is cheaper. i know some dealerships actual contract out to hertz or something
