probably harder to add the tech package than to add all the cosmetic things the SE offers... Only thing I can think about that may be hard to do or get a hand of is the stiching but I'd I've the tach, body kit, and wheels... How much would that cost approx?

 

Just get some red dye and rub it into the white stitching. red tach would take a little more effort in raplacing LEDs but it is very doable. Then just slap on the body kit, badge, and some metal pedals and you are good to go! If you pay for time it would cost probably double of the parts. Body kit would be the most expensive thing, probably around 1k for that alone.

Converting to tech from nontech is almost impossible. Unless you want to go aftermarket like tobwac. You'd also need to replace and add rear door speakers.

 

So 3k would be enough for a transformation? Not bad at all, thanks

 

Well really you just need to put the special edition badge which is around $25. That would fool about 90% of people who see it from the rear.

 

lol I don't want to fool people, I could care less about that. I'm not into heavy modding i do like stock and I'd like it aesthetically pleasing for me and I don't even care if I put the badge on it or not. I goof on people that have fake amg's or fake M series and just badge their car when they only have the rims, even if it has everything and its not authentic its still a poserish.

Washed my car for the first time in 4 months, and noticed that my oil level is at 40%. I probably should've just gone in for an oil change and free hand car wash lol.

Though I might just wait till the Maintenance Reminder pops up.

 

Update on my car: the body shop is gonna order a new trunk, I requested for them to only install the A badge, and leave the other two off. Also ordered an aero rear bumper.

It's been way over a year since my last oil change though.

 

My service adviser is a huge asshole. so i doubt he will do it. But i guess i might as well try. It's been almost 5.5k since last oil change and i drive the car very hard.

 

If I remember correctly, when buying my car the dealer pulled out a parts sheet thing and I believe the body kit parts + labor was 3k. So yea, other then the wheels the conversion could be done for around 3k.

i never make it anywhere close on my maintenance minder. Nor does my mom for that matter but your supposed to change it every year or when the light comes on. so 1 time a year i change my oil.

 

If they wouldn't check their records, you could just tell them to change it because it's been a year.

Maybe, but everytime i ask for something they tell me it's "not needed" Example: My car makes a weird noise sometimes when it starts up... There is a TSB for that. They refuse to do it.
