Sorry I forgot to add that. I drive about 6k miles a year, so I have 10k on mine. 12k on my wifes. I've had 10 Honda/Acura's over the years so that helps a bit when the lease company sees a returning customer.

HAHA I'm no better, I don't make anywhere near what I would like to make, hence one of the reasons I went down to the TSX to save some money.

My insurance was never more than $100 a month though. I've had three S2000's over the years as well, starting out when I was 18. My S2000 CR was kinda pricey but still not over $100 a month for full coverage.

Because you can negotiate everything. If I see a lease special, I'm like sweet that's a great starting point.

They paid my first months payment. They said they were loosing money...but who knows.

I'm not great at negotiating at all, but the place I went to advertized a $299/month lease with $1,000 down on the SEs. I asked to lower the price a bit to $28,999 and they did, making payments $288/month + tax ($312). First month was included in the $1,000 down payment. It seemed they were eager to sell the cars as I had 2 dealerships willing to give me same price.

^good luck finding a manual se nowadays though, the dealers are unloading tsx's and are not eager to replace them.

 

Yeah. This is the SE, not sure if that really makes a difference, but I think all the TSX models have the same lights.
