2012 tsx code P0498 helpppp

Hi guys I have a problem with a 2012 tsx the car was find until I put on some coilovers and when I start it up the check engine light came on and the code is P0498 and it say emission system can you guys help me out with this problem because I don't want to take the coilovers off to take it to the dealer thanks

Yea I know that's crazy man but idk if something hit the evap canister in the rear that's why

Take it to the dealer and act all innocent. Shouldn't that fall within the basic warranty assuming you're within mileage?

I know this is off the wall, and honestly I didn't look at the code error your car is throwing but also make sure that you did not bump the MAF sensor. I find that things the MAF's on these are very sensitive. I now always check mine. Since you did do some work under the hood, and the strut bolts are not to far from the MAF, just make sure that is fully connected. Just my two cents.
