do you want a performance suspension, luxury suspension or a mix of both?

if you want a mix go with tokico blues (which happen to be a very popular choice on this board), if you want "luxury" stick with stock honda shocks. i believe tokico yellows are more along the lines of strictly performance based.

this has been hashed up many times, i'm sure there are better explanations out there than mine if you search it out.

thanks for your advice, I am thinking more performance. I heard the koni yellows are adjustable.

After some research I am leaning more toward the tokico illumina. Where is a good place to purchase them. I do not want to lower my car. (the roads can be rough at times around here) Does it matter if I put in stiffer shocks and leave the OEM shocks? I might put in new shocks if it does not lower my ride much.

The shocks won't affect your ride height, the springs will. Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty much all the aftermarket shocks are going to be stiffer than stock, certainly the performance shocks like Tokicos or Konis.

go with tokico illumina- softer or stiffer then stock is up to you to adjust. koni is stiffer.
