22" rims on Type S

I found some 22" Forte rims with 265/35r/22 for cheap, are these gonna fit? I've had 20's before with plenty of room in the wheel well, I know some of you are thinking I'm an idiot for going that big, but they are what I want.

but yeah to the OP, good luck trying to fit those 265 tires in the wheelwells, it can be done (i think) but the offset and size of the wheel has to be PERFECT though, to prevent any major rubbing

let alone those those tire/rims are 4" BIGGER then the stock tires height, so i don't know if they would even fight AT ALL, without going like in the picture above

18s, 19s, a few 20s but very few because it's hard to pull off on this car. The reason everybody screams NO to 22s is because this car just does not look good with big ass wheels. The wheel wells aren't made for a wheel that big, let alone look good with them. Take a look at the wheel wells on cars like the Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300s, BMWs, full size trucks, etc. They look good with big wheels because they have big wheel wells.

Bottom line, the donk look on FWD japanese cars is . In all honesty I don't even like it on cars like Caprices, Buicks, etc. Nothing appealing about a 4WD sedan.

it was mentioned above.. 18s or 19s is the common size and honestly the only sizes that fit the cars size.. anything above that just looks ridiculous and doesnt flow well.. ive seen MAYBE 1 car on here that pulled off 20s, but the TL isnt made to have huge retarded wheels.. just doesnt look right at all..
