Windshield Wiper Problem

I have a 2003 Acura tl and the passenger side windshield wiper has stopped working. I also noticed that the passenger side wiper moves freely like it is broken because the driver side doesn't move if i try to force it. Anyone know how to fix or is there any tutorial on how i can fix it myself?

Try tightening the nut securing the wiper onto the car first. If still fails, you'll probably need a new wiper arm.

Take the nut off and see if the threads are stripped.

The nut (part 22) looks like maybe the bottom thread could be stripped. I went out and bought a regular nut of the same size from home depot but when I put that on, it still doesnt work and the nut just loosens up after a couple turns of the inner bolt.

The inner bolt is turning just fine, its just like the arm isnt catching the bolt and turning with it. Does the arm have threads in it too that catch the bolt, or does it rely on the nut to hold it together?

I'm thinking I have to change the arm out, but I just cant figure out how to get it off.

i just got the arm off and the part right below the threads for the cover nut are stripped. What part do I need to change for that? It looks like the teeth in the wiper arm are stripped too, so I'll probably need to change that out too.

Just need to know the part number for the part with the threads and teeth that the wiper sits on.
