vibrations?

Did you do anything other than the spark plug and oil change?
There are a ton of things that can cause idle problems.
Maybe you inadvertently fouled one of the new plugs during the installation?
Another possibility is that one of your plugs is defective or has a cracked insulator.

plug and oil and coils were all i did, I was rather careful with everything so i don't think I fouled anything up...I noticed now it fires up a little more hesitantly in the mornings now that it's colder, but it never used too...

How much are mounts? And how do you know which one is bad? I was thinking it could be the mounts to given it's a 2000 with over 125k now...the plugs were actually done about 2000 miles ago, I just didn't remember noticing it until one day I turned my music off (which is usually louder than the rest of the car

I have also noticed lately that when the tach is 1500 rpms or below, it vibrates a little more han it used to. Kinda like when you are trying to start moving from first gear in a manual but don't give it enough gas. Enough to get it going, but not smoothly.

Rough Idle Too!
I just had my 2002 TL 90,000 tune up at the dealership. They found two cracked engine mounts and replaced them. I drove it home and the tranny started clunking and surging when going into reverse. Took it back the next day, the tranny took a dump, they replaced it under warantee , but since then, the idle is rough. Very annoying.
Now I did notice something like this before the tune up, once every day or two when I'd pull to a stoplight, it would seem to idle too low and vibrate. I'd tap the pedal and it went away. But since the work it is constant. I don't feel it so much when I'm in drive, but in nuetral and park, it's very noticable, in fact it's nerve wracking. The dealership took it back, looked for cracked sparkplugs, adjusted the valves, even cleaned the injectors...still the rough idle.
Now they're telling me that all TL's do this and they sat in several of the TL's they had on the lot and they felt the same vibration. This can't be right.
Anyone?
