Today I was driving and to make long story short, my malfunction indicator light came on and my D5 light was flashing and I had semi-harsh down shifts while in S/S when I did not touch the shifter. Since my car only drives in 3rd gear (later in the day), my question is: Is the warranty covered on a 03 TL-S if the car is dropped? Eibach pro-sports and Tokico blues just in case you need to know. Mileage ~76,000 miles. I will take it in tomorrow if it still covered, but if not I can put back the original parts exept the original Sways. Thanks for the help and sorry for any repeat threads.

 

suspension has nothing to do with the tranny, read the magnuson act about aftermarket parts. the trannies are a pos and thats why acura extended the warranty to 100k.

 

The issue isn't whether your '03 is dropped, it's whether it's covered under the extended warranty. Do you know if it's covered?
