was it a warranty swap? or you bought a radio and lost the code,,or this is a new set to you,,not running yet
ck diy and net search--there is a way for certain years to be forced to give up RADIO code by pushing the 1 and 6 buttons (iirc) and something with the key
otherwise you have to remove the radio to get the secret serial number off it
take that to the acura parts dept or service manager and they can look it up
Proof of purchase on the unit and your id can help if they dont know you
I got a warranty nav dvd some years ago and acura forgot to write the new code down!
wasnt that fun removing dvd unit several times. calls to corp,,many different code attempts,,sure glad the SM had been treated to ice cream and donuts--no charge for all the hassle to get me a nav code
and it was their responsibilty to have written it on the warranty invoice and noted in customer file
NOTE on acura.com owner account you can safely store the radio nav codes!!
such is life
tip: many years find the code wont take until you go to a covered parking structure--under a building,, and/or disconnect radio antenna,, from driver side panel for acces
then it goes in fine

the old was wasnt working when i bought the car a year ago so i decided to buy one of from ebay and i got the code with it but now i dont remember where i put the code and yeah my friend also gave me that tip to go under a parking lot or building.
no i mean i bought a new radio from ebay and took out the old one and put in the new one, i know there arent 2 codes for any radio and i wanted to know the 1 and 6 trick you know how to do it?
each year varies on its abilty to give up the code
often acs/800 will tell you take it to the dealer so they can remove the radio at a charge of 1.5 hours~ and get the serial num off it
did you look in the diy section yet?
contact seller and ask for code!
get their cars vin too- to show legal chain of ownership
