Squeaky Noise when turnin wheel
Squeaky Noise when turnin wheel
Hey guys question for yall. When i pull out my driveway or anywhere in general when i turn the wheel i hear a squeaking noise coming from the driver side could this be my ball joint , I was told to replace them a couple months ago when i bought the car but i just purchased them recently! Also ive had my car for about um 6 months do you think i should replace the SPARK PLUGS? Thanks for your time
YES replace them now and get an alignment
you were already told they were needed, you bought them,,and now you want to know how to fix a mystery noise most likely coming from the bad parts?
spark plugs- remove a front plug and inspect for wear on center tip, color on the outer wire.
stop by parts store and ask to look at a new one before you work on the car- so you can compare in your mind
how many miles on car? after 70k its ready for plugs
many cars dont get them until the 105,,which may have gotten put off another 20kmiles
and the car sold without repairs...
Seafoam never hurt, and restores like new clean to the combustion area and fuel injection system

thats the easy way- get a control arm from napa or maybe rockauto.com
it has all new bushings and ball joint attaches as part of it as well
otherwise its remove your part- take to place that presses bushings and pay for that to be done,,may as well have gone new
aftermarket parts are fine for this job
ck with an alignment shop for the labor if you cant diy
car has to see them to reset everything after new arms installed,,make a package deal
ask their parts and labor price, and if you can bring in your own
use a small private shop over a big corp place- those wont use your parts and ~may~ be expensive
take it to an align place and ask for a diagnosis on what the noise and funny shake is
