SB#02-006: Seatback Panel Loose or Detached
Here is a common problem with our cars. Some of you probably have heard about this service bulletin, it came out in 2002. Some may have no idea about it or some are wondering how to fix your seatbacks when your out of warranty.
There is a kit sold at Acura that we use. You can purchase it from there. Just note to the parts guy that it is apart of a service bulletin. They should stock the part.

Good Luck.

It was a bracket or something that would be installed on the bottom of the seat-backing. Worst case scenario, ask your dealership to print it out for you.

Hi all...I did not see any responses on how to fix the listed issue. I have 2000 TL and the passenger seat back has fallen off. I took it to the dealership and they want $120 to fix it. Any assistance with the fix and parts details will be greatly appreciated.
