Reverse Steering Noise?

I have a 02 TLS.
I have this weird noise come out of my front end when I'm backing up in reverse and I begin to turn the wheel quickly...It sounds like a hissing noise, or a pressure release of some sort. I can tell you its a consistent noise when I turn the wheel either way, not super loud, just kinda like air passing through (no it's not my tires)

I do have CAI installed, and it kind of sounds like its coming from that - kind of that same sucking noise when you tap the gas...cept this is in my steering column.
I just want to make sure nothing is wrong...you guys got any ideas for me? It's only while I'm in reverse and not in drive. I'm just hoping my power steering isn't dying or something.
Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
