Check drivers side fuse/relay box fuse #8 (7.5A) and passenger side fuse/relay box fuse #9 (20A) for a blown fuse?

Did you check driver side #8? And #9 again to see if it's blown again?

#9 is for the navigation for which I don't have . I changed and checked the fuses earlier this morning went back in the house came back out 30 mins later and then my check engine light was on . Took it to get the diagnostic test
My neutral safety switch has a short or needs to be replaced she also said because it's so close to the radio it could be why it's not on

I’m getting confusing information from you, #9 on passenger side is for radio and acc, not Navigation? #8 driver side is Navigation. Are you sure you’re checking the right fuses?

If you have power at the cigarette lighters then I would check for power at the back of the stereo.

You need to disconnect the plug that goes in the back of the radio, the larger of the 2 plugs if the one you need to test for power and ground

Unplug the harness from the radio (key off).
With the key on in #1 position (dash lights on but engine not running).
Check for power at the Orange, Red/White, and White/Green wires at the male connector.
Check for a good ground on the black wire at the male connector.

If these wires check out fine, then the radio is defective, send it out for repair or buy a replacement.

That's what I meant about the two sorry but I will try that because the one on the driver side #8 does nothing

If the Neutral safety switch fails= you cant get it out of Park gear,
without using the override switch next to shifter

If you blow fuses it probably has a bad ground in the line.
