Another possibility is that moisture could have built up and been the issue which is shorting the leds.
The best bet is to replace the whole bar with the OEM light bar. Now my question is this spoiler an OEM or a knock off?
You can get a new spoiler light bar from many places pretty cheap and they have them so they are clear outer cover, but still light up red, instead of getting a red plastic outer cover. Looks like your car is white, so the clear would like nice on that!
