Problem with head lights....

I have a 2002 Tl-P and a few months ago i cleared out my headlights but the damn thing started condensating recently and now one of my headlights dont work....this is not the part of the problem that Im concerned about....what im concerned about is that the highbeams now start flickering by themselves and when i manually try to turn them on only one of the high beams work...and the blue indicator on the dash bord does not work anymore....I am going to be geting both of the headlights resealed by Mr. very soon and replace both of the bulbs...also get new high beam bulbs........... I wanted to know what could cause my high beams to behave in such a manner.......I have 6000k in the fogs as welll as the headlights...........PLZZZZ HELP IF U CAN
