NOOBIE QUESTION. Door Molding

Hi, I have a 2003 Acura TL-S and I am having trouble taking off my chrome/aluminum mold trimming that is located around my doors and windows. I didn't purchase new ones yet, but I am trying to replace them for new ones because my old ones have paint on them and they have scratches all over. I was trying to pull on it but it felt kind of tight. I didnt want to just yank them out and accidentally break something. So if anyone could show me how to take my molding off I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Yeah its the chrome piece that runs from the front door window to the top of the rear door window. It goes all around the windows.
