it's really easy to do. you won't even need a torx #20 screw. just use a small flathead to loosen the screw for the dustcap. after that, push down on the retaining metal flip and push out all the way till the bulb is loose, then replace with new one, put the clip back on, and you're good to go.

^ why would you remove your bumper? Its isnt needed. The time it takes to do that for what ever reason you can replace the bulbs. Yes you can use a flat head but the security torx can be bought just about any where for a few bucks and makes the job easier.

fsttyms1 I just had my passenger low-beam go out and am not very mechanically inclined. You seem to be very knowledgeable on this topic and since you live less than 30 minutes from myself, I was hoping you'd be willing to help. I'd be more than willing to compensate you for your time.

Should I be worried about getting shocked like the cover says? Or is there something I should do before starting the replacement of bulbs?

Oh yeah, it will tinkle a little bit if the head lights are on, especially your hand is wet, won't kill, at least it didn't kill me the last time.

Thanks piggylover, I figured I would be okay since I couldn't find anything about disconnecting power in the DIY or anywhere else.

Make sure that you handle the bulb with clean, oil free hand.

i wasn't thinking so i just found the DIY threads and pasted it here for him. and the flathead seems to work faster than the torx screw itself. i have both. the torx screw on the cap has a nudge in the middle , and the torx screw doesnt have a hole to fit that in .. thus i used the small flathead.
