LEAKS (need advice)

after lowering my car i've bottomed out twice on some unexpected dips and im pretty sure thats the reason why im leaking. i recently went for an oil change and the showed me the leaks. they said my oil pan gasket needs to replaced and my the rear main seal. my question is how serious/bad is it? is it something that can wait? they told me the rear main seal would take 8hrs to do so i know its gonna be expensive and the oil pan gasket is cheap and easy to do. it hardly leaves any oil on the ground... probably only one drop but it is visible underneath the car.

what sucks is that i just put my car up for sale and i find out about the leaks

wait till the trans goes. It wont cost you a thing to have the rear main replaced once the trans is out to be replaced. Other wise they will have to remove the trans just to do. Change the oil pan gasket yourself
