instrument cluster blinking?

instrument cluster blinking?
has anyone experienced their instrument cluster flashing when they first turn their key to the on postion?

can you be a little bit more specific ? does the whole cluster flash or the icons .. such as the VSA/TCS light , srs light , maint. req. light .. ?

like all the lights in the cluster flash and it makes a flashing sound as all the lights flash. this is only when its in the 'on' position. the car drives fine and everything.jsut wondering what that meant.
