A water main broke in an underground parking deck and water came up to the doors so i drain the oil and took off the oil pan just to make sure there wasn't anything in there. Its off now nice and clean ready to go back on tuesday when the dealership opens up because i dont wanna use anything else except honda bond to put it back on...

that's a good reason then. Did your engine suffer and water damage?

A simple drain fill drain would have been sufficient.

well, your right about using the honda-bond..very good stuff.

but there was absolutely no reason whatesover to remove your oil pan. It was a complete and utter waste of time unless you were doing it for self amusement.

Have fun, though!
and tighten the 10mm nuts before the bolts in a cris cross pattern.
