Fuses 18&19

Fuses 18&19
can anyone tell me what fuses 18 and 19 are for on the passenger side panel? I dont have a book with my car and i noticed those two spots are empty but 17 has a block looking fuse in it. also what number fuse do i put in them?

they are probably for something the cars exported to Canada get
If a fuse belongs there, its use will be listed on the fusebox cover same as the others
