Fog Lights Bulbs replacement

Fog Lights Bulbs replacement
I was wondering if anybody know what do i need to do to replace the fog light bulbs to hid? do i have to take out the bumper in order to reach that area?

You're gonna need a 9006 hid kit and its hard as hell to install it without removing the bumper.

o really? is it because you need to find a place to mount the ballast somewhere? How about the top? is it easier? haha since you only have to replace the bulb?
