its really pretty simple to remove it, just did it this week.

this is the diy taken from acurainspired

"Tools: You'll need a 10mm socket, with a wrench with an extension (about 6 inches or so, unless you have a socket that long), a pretty big/wide flathead screwdriver. And some papertowel to cover the tip of the flathead so you don't scratch anything.

The Process:

This is very simple, the first thing that you do is get under the car and find a square hole (1sq. in. approx.). If you look through the hole (red arrow) you'll see the the 10mm screw that holds the foglight. After removing the screw, the foglight housing might move around from side to side a little. Place a flathead screw driver (green arrow) between the housing and the bumper (side towards the grill). Gently with one hand with screwdriver tip (that should be covered with a paper towel) pry out the fog light, while with the other hand push the fog light upward. It should pop out, if it's the first time, put a little pressure on it as there is sand and dirt that's in the way.

You're done.
To put the housing back, first place the outside end then pop the inside back in, don't forget about the screws

Recommend getting the lexan lenses off ebay, his ebayid is jaadu1981

you can get either the 1 you need or both. I replaced both even though only one crack since the other is just bound to
