To start my fog lights randomly quit working. I have the Version 1 mod. So they turn on and off with my parking lights... The light on the switch also does not light up stating that they are on. The illumination does work when I turn on the lights, but as stated the light to let you know the fogs are on does not come on. I checked the bulb with a meter and the light is good. I have also checked, and metered the fuse under the hood which is also good. When I turn on the switch with the parking lights on, I hear the relay kick over so that means the switch is good correct? I have also upgraded to HID's. Pulled the bumper just yet to meter at the fogs... any advice on this issue is greatly appreciated.

2nd issue had to do with the console light and dash shift lights. I also searched on this as well. I did my own version of Led lit door handles last night. I wanted my lights to come on and off with the car in or out of park. So me and a buddy added a switch where the car shifter lever is in park or not. We screwed it into a metal plate that is below a cover in the shifter area. Well now that it's all back together, the light where the shifter is located doesn't come on when I turn on the lights, and when i shift past neutral the dash lights don't come up for anything past netural. Park, Reverse, and Neutral all come on, but none of the drives... I'm stumped by this. I would think something is unplugged, but why would it read P, R, and N? Weirdest thing just happened. I went back to my car, reprogrammed my deck as it was reset, and now all my lights work, including my fogs, except the D that you normally drive on, and the light that lights up my fog light stating its on, and the light on the shifter console. WTF?

 

No one? alrighty...

 

I had mine done that way at first and had the same issue as far as the fogs go. Ended up jumping straight thru the switch so they come on with car power, then on and off with the switch as needed(or wanted). Haven't had any issues since.
