Condenser fan fuse keeps blowing

Condenser fan fuse keeps blowing

I've been having a problem with my A/C for awhile now. It only blows hot air and the condenser fan keeps blowing.Can someone give me some advise?

Maybe the fan is starting to seize. My brother had the same problem and ended up having to replace the conderser fan. Trying to spin the fan w/ a long screwdriver to "feel" how tight it is

Well, when i turn the car on without starting it i can replace the fuse and the fan spins when i turn on the a/c but, as soon as i start the car the fuse blows.
