Hi all, before i noticed the problem, i did race somebody off a line and maybe damaged it with all that torque. its not a consistent sound only when i accelerate on a full stop or braking for a speedbump then accelerating. My inital thought was the axle, but it doesnt CONTINOUSLY click. Anybody? Thanks!

 

To add the clicking sound is more of a "donk" sound underneath the driver side, by the wheel well. Thanks!

 

Well id recommend jacking it up and inspecting it for loose or something broken

 

wow! i have that same problem. i've been wondering what the heck it is. and yea after a full stop you would hear that "donk" or a "clonk"

 

Wow, intersting enough..my folks have a mdx 02, well their car does the same crap...it makes this clunking noise when you come to a complete stop. Its kinda weird, not sure why it happens.....

 

Actually had this same problem on my 03 TL. Dealer rattled something off faster than I could understand. Long story short, took the car in for reg maint and now the clicking is gone.
