I purchased a new gas cap from ebay. After i installed it the stupid thing went on. I have tried to go to acura but they are always full of cars by the time i get there and won't take mine in. I do have a question thogh, if i disconnect my battery for like an hour will it reset the ECU?

 

if you disconnect your battery for 5 minutes, it will reset everything, even your radio, so be sure you have the code for the radio.

 

I disconected the battery for like an hour. But, good thing that i have an after-market radio so i don't have to worry about that stupid code. It did reset my check engine light. thanks
