Interior Touch-Up Paint

Alright.....I searched this site and Acurainspired and could not find an answer to this question......Is there some sort of a color-match touch-up paint for the interior of our cars?....I have some scratches on my drivers air-bag cover (steering wheel), and it just looks bad!.....PLEASE HELP!!!

Only way I know is to replace those plastic parts.
