I have one of those remote start alarms on my TL but everytime I use it to warm up my car in the morning, the VSA and Check Engine light come on! WTF? After a couple of days the check engine light goes off (the VSA light goes away after I turn off the car and turn it back on). I had a tranny replace about 20k miles ago and there are no signs of tranny failure so I have NO idea what this is!

 

Did it happen right after the remote start install? If not bring your car to a shop or a auto parts store. Most auto parts stores do free code reading. The TCS light coming on means nothing. It usually does when the CEL light comes on. Get a code and come back and tell us.

If it happened right after the remot start install then id bring it back because its not hooked up right
