Car cranks but wont start

I went out to my car to try to start it after driving it 20min ago and it would not start. I had gave me a few problems before randomly where it wouldn’t not start the first try and I would have to take out the key and put it back in. Then try again usually it would start up and I didn’t think it was a major issue. Today it just keeps trying to crank and does nothing. It has a green key light flashing on the dash when I am trying to crank it not sure it that means anything. I also tried to jump it in hopes that the battery was a little low but no luck. I have a tow truck heading over to get the vehicle towed to a mechanic shop. I was curious if anyone had any ideas on what it could be I hear the immobilizer could be the issues or a ignition relay switch. If so does anyone know an estimate of these fixes because I am currently stationed in Germany so its not American prices the quote us at. Thank you for anyone who reads this and their inputs.

A flashing green key light means the Immobilizer isnt recognizing the chip in the key. Have you tried a different key? What year is your car, the 99s were known to have immobilizer units fail. Its a 60 dollar part from the dealer. Many autoparts stores carry it.

Its a Acura TL base Model. I did try another key I had just for back up and it didnt work. If I was to buy a new immobilizer how would I go about reprogramming the new keys to that immobilizer?

You dont have to reprogram them. The actual immobilizer is in the ECU, all the part by the key does is pick up the signal and transmit it to the ecu. All you need to do is buy the part and install it.
