Blower motor fuse location? 99 tl

Does anyone know where the HVAC blower fuse is located on the '99 tl? My blower is fried due to the wires touching within the connector. The connector was completely melted inside. So I purchased a new blower and now I just need to replace the fuse. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I got the new blower, got some butt connectors because my wires were melted to my connector, got a new connector from the junkyard, bought a new relay and fuse just in case. I replaced everything and the blower will not blow. I tested the blower on the battery and it does work just fine but not when connected. How would I go about checking/testing the resistor. I got a quote of $45 for a new one but the guy said as soon as I connect it it's MINE and I can not return it unless it's defective. He also said he couldn't test mine to see if it was ok. (I don't know how they would test if their product was defective if they have no way to test them....hmmmm). Anyway is there a way to test the resistor to see if it is ok? All I know is my A/C (blower) was fine before, it started going out intermittently, I could jiggle the wires and it would work again, then it went all the way out. I tried getting the male connector out of the blower and it was melted inside the female connection of the blower. I know the wires did touch each other because they were melted together. I have replaced the (1) 40 amp fuse (under the hood) and (1) relay that I know are related to the blower. Please HELP me I am at a loss.
