Acura TL sitting for ten years
I have a 2001 acura TL it has 9400 miles on it. Changed the battery put in new fuel pump. It is getting gas, drained and new gas put in. getting spark and plugs are good. tried starting fluid. won't start. Any ideas? Maybe fuel injectors clogged? Help

Starter cranking fast?
One way to confirm that the injectors are working is to pull the plugs to see if they're wet after cranking with no start. If dry maybe main relay or clog injectors?
Check all fuses?
Seems like you've done everything else. Only things left would be to check fuel pressure, timing marks, and compression?
Check all grounding cables for defect?

Thank you. The Ebay article is excellent. It might be my problem. I just don't know if I am capable to remove and clean the injectors. (which I think is the main problem). How do I find a competent mechanic? I guess I have to have the car towed to a shop. Any idea on how much it will cost to remove and clean the injectors?

I'd just google for auto repair in your area. Read reviews, Check Angies List, Ask friends, call a few shops and describe your problem and see which seems helpful and wants your business. Of course you could always take it to your local Acura dealer. They may be interesting to see a 10 yr old TL with less than 10K miles on it. But they won't be the cheapest.
