AC/heat stopped blowing

I posted this before, sorry guys could not find the post. This has happened in the past, my ac/heater stopped blowing, the responses I received back from you guys pointed to a plug on the passenger side under the glove compartment, I wiggled it a little and it came back on but I did notice it was somewhat burnt. Now it appears that plug is bad completely but I think its melted into the slot and now I cannot get it out. Can someone please give me advice as to what to do in order to get this piece out. Hope someone know what I'm referring to. Thanks.

I just did this like last week on my parents car...
In my case, it was melted on so tight I had to use a small screwdriver and a hammer to act as a chisel to pop the connector off...Just make sure to hold the release tab in so it does not snap off.

go to the dealer and ask for the UPDATE KIT for the blower motor connection $20
Comes with longer wires so it wont happen again
May need a new resistor for fan it its been shorted out/failed

once you pull the cabin filter and blower/motor mount you can see exactly whats needed
It sounds worse than it is to do
see diy/garage section for `cabin air filter`- the glove box comes out and a few pieces- nothing but screws and pop offs- simple

you said it was already burnt at the connector- a well known problem and a fix availabe from acura
burnt electrical only gets worse and turns into a major dash fire

If you have nerves of steel and great insurance--

Three weeks ago I had the same situation happen. No heat or air. Compressor wouldn't kick in. Did the diagnostic for the climate control unit. Sure enough blower motor problem. Plugs was fried like yours. Mines burnt so bad it melted inside the motor connector. Ordered the new harness from acuralynn on ebay and a motor since the terminal was burnt from another ebayer and I'm all good. Easy job like everybody says. I have pics ill post em this afternoon

Thanks for your response, hopefully it's just the harness, as I said earlier the release tab may have been broken, would I still be able to pull it out if that breaks?

Mine had gotten so hot it had melted together. Ended up breaking the connector to get it out. Pics coming soon.

The resistor terminals were fine in my case.
