I have to swap out my engine harness, its got way to many wires cut. Do i need to removed the dash to be able to get it out and run new harness through?

May be not, it looks like it plugs into the ecu at #8, 9, and 10.

The other in the car go to the fuse panel I think.

there is very little room between the dash and the firewall, makes me think i wont be able to pull plugs through. I'll start by removing the glove box and figure it out from there or since i'm replacing it Ill just cut the plugs off and pull harnes out then figure a way to run new harness in.

The only other option is to depin the plug or plugs to get it to fit through the firewall.

You sure you can't turn the plug side ways and get it out... one connector at a time?

If not then you have to depin it. In that case you should write down the wire colors and order of sequence of the connector.

Or pull the wire loom through the passenger compartment. The plugs may be smaller on the engine side.

The engine harness has 2 (maybe 1, dont remember off the top of my head) that hold it to the firewall. Unbolt that, then go into the car, pull back the carpet some and unhook the harness from the ECU, and i believe 1 or 2 clips in the car that press onto studs, just pull them off. After that you WILL be able to pull the harness thru the firewall. I have done it many times. You WILL be able to fish it back thru when done.
