1999 tl immobilizer bypass?

1999 tl immobilizer bypass?

well finally figured out the problem my car had randomly shutting off while driving. its the immobilizer. for some reason my key loses contact with the system. anyway to bypass the system? also i read about the 555h bypass module.. is that compatible with my car?

I think it's the ignition switch. Common problem on the 99. Look in the DIY thread. There's a DIY on replacing it.

good deal.. thanks! my friend has a front end of a totaled 2002 CL. ill grab it off that. it should fit right?
