01 acura tl stopped running won't crank back up
01 Acura tl was running fine then stopped running all of a sudden and the batter light came on. Replaced battery now it cranks but will not start. Any thoughts on why.

Check your fuses, see if anything's blown?

may need to replace your starter

I imagine things would be far more clearly broken if there were a timing issue. Do you have a scanner to see if any codes are being thrown?
If not, you can always go down the classic route and check for the three components of ignition - spark, fuel, air.

Yes I had a dtc not found code but all codes are gone since I replaced the battery. The last code I had was for a oil pressure sensor or something I can't remember exactly. Also my oil light flickered right before it stopped running but I checked the oil and it was a little low so I topped it off but that didn't solve it either

When you're cranking it with the key, are you getting anything at all from the engine? Like does it sound like it's struggling to start, or is it just nothing but the starter going at it?
I had my 99TL shut off on me while driving because water splashed up and got into the DTC sensor. It'd throw a code about timing but it was just the sensor getting shorted out. Maybe check that sensor out on yours, see how it's looking?
