Very easy.

There are clips on the top, right where the hood comes down, and of course there are clips on the bottom. Undo those. Then there are two screws, one on each wheel well right where it meets the body. When you undo both of those you can just slip the bumper off, pulling away from the car parallel to the ground.

Almost forgot, there are two clips, one by each screw, you need to pull it off that before you pull it off the car. A small screw driver with a rag will allow you to get at them without scratching the car.
