lol you guys. I've had blackout vinyl on my window trim for almost a year now. It's shrinking and fading from socal sun and heat. Paint would be the way to go.

 

yups, and the same happens for SundiegoCL-S's car which is another reason I haven't do mine.

 

why would you black it out if youre going for the bippu look?
people usually have to pay to get little touches of chrome added to their car to accentuate the rims more?

Maybe I'm getting old, but having oversized rims with excessive negative camber sitting .3 inches from the ground with an extremely harsh ride is not that "cool" Shouldn't VIP cars be comfortable as well? Most of the cars pictured have nice looking rims but they look out of place on a TL. Lowered TL's look great IMO belive me I need a drop bad, but lowering it TOO much looks like shit as well. It's just my two cents but I don't see the WOW factor in doing this. It's a different kind of rice.

riding slammed is awesome but i don't see myself ever wanting to waste that much money to just go up and down with 6000 dollar rims and rubber band tires that need to be replaced every 1000 miles...
