I wouldn't do 19's just because you would need to run a thinner tire, but whatever makes you happy right? Here is my shitty photochop skills. As for the color, I think it would look good. You don't really see your color TL done up.

Blue on green would be different and the rims look good. But I don't think the color combo would look good.

Blue and green? naah i'm not feelin the color combo. Gold would look sick though imo.

That's one hell of a agressive set-up you got in mind.

I agree, some gold rims will look good with the dark green
