2002 TL-S - Part 2

I did not know if the photos above would take (I'm new at this). In the above post is my 2002 TL-S. I don't have many mods but the ones I do are pretty nice. The car has Comptech springs and camber kits and the catback exhaust will be on as soon as the weather breaks (Thanks Nate @ Comptech). The car also has a nice suttle 1in wide x 1in high lip spoiler on the deck lid to accent the full factory body kit. Not shown due to the weather not being good enough yet are the 2005 Acura TSX rims that I had powder coated chrome. If you have never seen powder coated chrome wheels they look like mirrors rolling down the road, not to mention you can buff out light scratches. The coolest mod in my opinion is the custom Sirius system that was added. The FM modulator was tucked in under the rear shelf in the trunk and the display fit perfectly into the above sunglass holder. The sunglass holder was then cut out and sanded to look like it was made that way. The tricky part was getting that UGLY black magnetic antenna off the trunk. What we did was take a 2006 Accord XM antenna and rip the guts out of it. With only some minor grinding and the drilling of an extra hole in the base it fit perfectly to the curve of the roof. Really a slick install with perfect reception. People will do anything to get there Howard Stern in the morning. Anyway a supercharger is next, my guess is before summer is over. I will post another photo when the wheels and exhaust get put on in a few weeks. Thanks for looking.

2002 TL-S - Part 3

Here are a few extra photos that I forgot. These are the 2005 TSX wheels with the one off center caps that I made and the full titanium wood kit that was installed. I also included another shot of the Sirius Install. The sunglass holder still works perfectly so you can close it when it's in use or not and nobody even knows it's there. I thought that was cool.[IMG] [/IMG]

I was going to go with XM but once Sirius signed Howard it was a no brainer. Thanks to everybody for the kind words.

Niice car man, but i think i like the type s wheels better than the tsx wheels. The custom sirius radio looks really good too, I canrt wait to see the supercharger.

The photos don't really do them proper justice. The TSX wheels in person cleaned to a mirror finish look pretty damn good rolling down the road. I would like to get something that is either silver or black with a polished lip on the car soon. That might be the missing piece. I have great connections with American Racing / Motegi so new rims will cost me under $500.00, I just don't know which ones I want. As always thanks for all the kind words.
