just ordered the tsudo axleback paid 225 from speedelement curious to hear how its going to sound i already have both resonators removed and added a glasspack resonator/muffler. sounds perfect already just would like a better look then oem with some b/s tips on it. ill try n post vids when its installed

what the heck is a glass pack and how do you like of the sound of your car with both resonators and mid muffler removed.

 

Thrust makes a exhaust called the glasspack it has somthing to do with the material inside it but the mufflers so loud a lot of ppl use it as a resonator like I did I removed the mid muffler first and liked the sound but wanted it louder then I removed the resonator at loved the sound but got a raspy ass noise at like 2-2500k so I through the glasspack on and all is well sounds awesome. Someone just posted a thread were they used the dynmax resonator that the guys are using for the 3g exhaust mod. My cars sounds identical maybe a little quiter but hopefully the tsudo will sound good

 

Alright guys I'm going to be completly honest with ya I installed the tsudo axle back with both resonator and midmuffler removed and then added a thrust glasspack muffler in place of the two. I turned the car on and got a european like style deep bass tone (a lot like my buddys 330i with a very high quality axle back I forget the name of it) but yea it sounds incredible it is no way raspy it is very deep toned with a lot of deep deep bass to it. I dunno words can't explain it and I'm sure neither can a sound clip. In person tho, its perfection. I will post a vid once it stops deciding to snow in chicago lol

lol not sure but yea she wont like its drones a bit but you can like feel it all through your body its deep

it does sound good but the drone is getting to me so im leaving on the glasspack and putting back on the mid muffler
