For those who have done 6spd swap w/o Richie harness

So im a bit discouraged because i contacted Richie and he said hes not fabbing the harness to make the auto to 6spd swap easier. With this said what will i have to do different to make this work with a 05 tl 6spd tranny? Since i wont have the harness will theyre be anything else i have to get? This has really frustrated me as i thought this was going to be one of the last few parts i needed to complete swap.

I can tell you you won't be able to use the cls6 ecu and wiring because that trans won't work with the cls6 ecu. Checkout j32dotcom. They have more info on swaps over there.

Its not the end of the world. It can be done without it. Personally I'd spend the little extra and get a full standalone like the aem unit and have the ability to tune the engine and make much more power.

^ Going to have to agree. If I did it again that's what I would do.

I fully plan on changing over this winter if the funds allow after my engine build is finished.

After my bolt-on revisions. That is my next step. Then it's just money for tires and axles from here on out. I don't plan to boost.

From what I understand, the AEM unit works with the auto harness. Will you have to swap all the dash harnesses and engine bay wiring back to auto? Do you know if you lose any functionality with this (like A/C, cruise, etc.)?

Just the engine harness. Mostly because of the F'ed up crank sensor acura decided to use. Shouldnt loose anything, especially if wired properly
