Did you remove the door panels and then remove the door trim, or did you just lay it on without removing the trim from the panel?

I am actually doing carbon fiber interior as well!

I actually took off the door panel and removed the trim from behind, there are about 10 screws. I then wrap the carbon fiber vinyl over the original fake wood and put everything back together. In all it took about an hour and a half to two hours to do the four doors and the two console trims. The shift panel was a whole different story, very hard to wrap it correctly, without wrinkles.

Nice job! Is that the special 3M real texture material? I was looking into doing this with wood as I just did so on my white ps3 super slim and it looks and feels like real wood.

Props on the Shift gate!
Wrapping textures and contours like that are pretty hard!

Yeah this is the real 3M textured carbon fiber, it's real thick and hard to conform to tight curves, but when its installed it looks and feels right

I'm not much of a carbon fiber guy, but here's what I did.

HairyMonkey019 what's that dildo looking thing? Does it light up? What did you use to paint the shift gate?
