Talking Late night engine modding

Over the last couple of weeks I have been doing engine work on my 2002 3.2 tl-p

I plan on adding headers, UR pulleys, type-s intake manifold, manifold spacer, and a full-out catback-less exhaust with only 2 glass-pack mufflers at the very end.

But i always wondered why (no offense) nobody ever actually got underneath that engine cover and put in a little bit of elbow grease.

Heres the results in my case

(i am very aware of the state of my intake manifold, this is simply makeshift till my new ram-air arrives in the mail, since my old one was damaged in shipping)

I'm curious to know what you here at acurazine think about what i've done

all comments and criticism are appreciated.

the braided hoses came in a kit that i got at pep boys

and the little braided stainless steel filter you see coming off the valve cover is just an oil breather, there is one on the other side too. I put it there instead of having those 2 tubes coming off of the intake.

what do you mean by elbow grease under the engine cover. To me it looks much better with the cover on. And i hope you know how annoying your car will be with complete catback with only 2 glasspacks. You wont be able to stand the drone.
