I was browsing on Ebay a bit ago and came across this company who does vertical door kits for the sec gen tl's. They have a few pics on thier site (www.creativeautoonline) and i dont think that they look too bad, but i've never seen a 4-door car, let alone a luxury sedan at that, that has a lambo door kit installed. Does anyone have one or know of any that has one, and most importanly does it look ok? I have long term plans to make my car a show car and was just checking some things out....any advice, good or bad will be greatly appreciated. I've been on here for only a short time and you guys are the shit and your advice has never been wrong yet.........thankssss

It was just a thought, I dont think it looks too bad either......besides, no one else will have it...im just worried about exact fitment, they say it fits exactly then what about wiring and all for the power door locks, windows, etc....

oh what about suicide doors? for the back only? i seen it somewhere and i think it looks better........imop

im not a fan of lambo doors on a 4 door, maybee if you did suiside doors on the rears also

I like the turn signal side mirrors on the car. Does anyone here have a mirror setup like that on a 2nd Gen. TL?

 

You could try to fab up a 07 TL blinker onto the stock mirrors or put on the 07 one...Or you could use the TSX mirrors, i think they have the same shape and dimensions.

just keep in mind that even though it will say "lambo kit" you will probably have to have new door brackets welded on and the original brackets taken off. as long as you don't care i would say do it. if you like it then it doesn't matter what we think because i'm sure all your friends will say it's the shit. i'm pretty sure mind would.

ive been thinkin abt lamboo door too but i like them 90Degrees. Also The car has to be lookin good before u put some lambos on, i mean on a Stock lookin car, lambos will look ugly. Once Dropped, LipKitted, Rims. Than go Ahead!!

 

Dito....I have the front lip on order through a local Acura deal, and im ordering the WW rear lip and side skirts later on........and getting 18' Konig Hotswap (black/chrome) And Tein SS coilovers......I did infact state that the doors would be down the road, not an "important" mod right now......but will indeed look nice........thanks guys.....

 

Does anybody know for sure that the TSX mirrors have the same dimensions and will fit? I am seriously contemplating doing this to my ride.
