Identify part: strut bar
^^ Go read the 19 pages in CL side for the gains...
Strut bar for performance: OEM + Neuspeed (has no joint) or Comptech.
The rest can pivot, which does very little if anything.

It wouldn't be Ti but we could do a brushed stainless. Billet ends. Would be sort of pricey though. This would probably end up being a $350-400 brace. I could do a chromoly one-piece for like $200.
billet aluminuim
) especially if it was braced to the cowl really well since no other bar that i know off even attempts to brace to the cowl. maybe also have it go down the side of the strut towers a little so it helps prevent the twisting of the body/strut towers
Hi, i saw these 3 strut bars & wnated to know if they can fit TL 2000.

I believe the neuspeed one works in conjunction with your stock bar (not positive)
thats the choise the buy has to make. looks or performance. the comptech is nice but eliminated the oem strut bar, and i think the oem strut bar is by far better than anything on the market bc it ties in the two strut towers to the bulk head (fire wall), more rigid.

READ the WHOLE THREAD
, e30cabrio showed it in post #24 too
but anyways i wouldn't mind a comptech one either, and if you look at the pictures you can understand why they were charging $300+ back in the day for it, which is very understandable, but yeah the problem is trying to find one for sale (
hint, hint e30cabrio
)
