Identify part: strut bar

Was wondering if anyone here can identify the brand of this strut bar?

..also on a side note, how do you replace the A on the valve cover? Same way you would replace a trunk badging?

Thanks.

Ya, that's just sticker placement. I was thinking APR too.. Megans have holes in their design, similar to DC Sports style..

Maybe it's a Accord application ??

The badge has two push out tabs.

No idea about the strut bar.

That's why I started this thread lol

I'm sure someone can help us out.. but so far the closest I've seen to that is the APR like someone suggested previously.

Where did you see the apr at? Would an accord one fit on our car?

Just google it.. I remembered their style of strut bars from browsing parts for my old ride.. certain companys just have certain designs / styles.

Seems like Accord V6 suspension parts can be interchangable.

Yes you can use the 02 Accord V6 version.

I wouldnt use a strut bar that replaces our stock bar. Most bars are only strut tower to strut tower. Ours are a multi point. If you get one make sure it utilizes the stock bar

Can you post a pic (or list which brands) of a strut bar that is compatible with the OEM one that you're talking about? Wonder if there's something like the PW-JDM 3point strut bar for our cars.. tried searching for that Eibach strut, looks like it's discontinued..

Our stock strut is just 4 points, yes? If I found one that is 3 point it should be more or less the same shouldn't it?

Wonder if they made somthing like this for the TL or Accord

but you see the machined billit aluminum arms on the comptech one, it is so (like what i said before).

BTW: did you take off the factory one??? honda wouldn't have put that there just for no reason (and attached it with seperate bolts) if it didn't do anything, it proably would have just been stamped sheet metal if it was only there to hold the wires

Wrong.

They serve a very important purpose. Why do you think they are on most mid to high performance cars there are?

Strut bars improve handling.

I'm in the process of getting a strut bar for my 1G TL.

all depends on design, 90% of strutbar's on the market are 100% bling factor. . .

you need a rigid bar (no joints) in order to gain what little it can give, you can gain more from stiffer sidewalls on your tires. . .

At least CT Engineering still decided to continue with some of the lines. They should make a limited run of the bars.
